Injection grade R-MAT

Biobased content of 35%, specially designed for precision injection molding. Suitable for functional components such as shoe material decorations and shoe upper accessories, it significantly reduces carbon emissions while maintaining high performance.

Compression grade R-MAT

Biobased content up to 80%, designed specifically for midsoles and outsoles. Ultra lightweight and high rebound characteristics provide excellent cushioning performance for sports shoes, while practicing the concept of sustainable development

Common mode process

Through optimizing mold design, multiple products can share the same mold, significantly reducing steel consumption and energy use. The lifespan of a single mold is extended by 30%, significantly reducing production waste.

Pilot program for recycling old shoes

We are actively exploring shoe recycling and reuse solutions, reprocessing the recycled old shoe materials into new foam materials. Currently, pilot projects have been launched in some clients.

green energy

Each production base continues to promote the use of clean energy. A rooftop photovoltaic system has been installed at the Dongguan headquarters, and the annual power generation can meet some of the production electricity needs.

water resources management

Adopting a closed-loop cooling system significantly reduces production water consumption. After treatment, the wastewater meets the national first-class discharge standard and is partially used for greening and irrigation in the factory area.
